I thought evil Asian pulp had vanished long ago with Dr. Yen Sen and The Invincible Wu Fang. This particular Yellow Peril scenario I remember resembling a scene in a Fu Manchu novel but with a man, not a woman: the latter was probably too much for Sax Rohmer's market. I guess this baddie is the Scarlet Dragon.
