When I posted various covers of psychotronic auteur Ed Wood's Killer in Drag I hadn't seen this one.
Typical of covers of old trashy fiction featuring crossdresser the artist simply drew women (with conspicuous breasts). The cover may have been for another book and this scene may never occur in the novel.
