Vengeance of She

When I first ran across this all that registered was woman with whip. It was later that I realized that it is an Italian poster for the movie Vengeance of She.
Vengeance of She was a sequel to She starring Ursula Andress. Both films were more or less based on the jingoistic adventure fiction of an otherwise forgotten writer H. Rider Haggard.
She is Ayesha, She Who Must Be Obeyed. She ruled one of those hidden kingdoms blessed with ancient wisdom but still needing the benefit of the white man's brains and fists.
A dull poster. Probably for drive-ins advertising a double bill with a teen movie. Unlike She, Vengeance of She did not inspire a host of different posters. Olinka Berova, unlike Ursula Andress was not a major 1960s sex symbol.
Not that she wasn't attractive:

Wish the movie was half as exciting as that Italian poster! She was far better - Ursula Andress was HOT! Especially she being nasty! For instance when she orders a lot of gibbering screaming half naked slaves thrown into the lava well as she watches with aloof indifference! I first saw it when I was 15 and I thought that was the best scene in the film by far.

Because of Andress role as Aeysha there are a huge number of posters for her movie from various countries. I'll do a roundup one day.
