Actually I have trouble remembering the distinctions between trample fetish and crush fetish. Trample fetishists tend to congregate in forums distinct from the general run of Femdom and BDSM discussion groups.
I don't have either kink. But I know that men who do are very passionate in the search for objects of enjoyment.

You are right. Though some settle for objects that aren't alive: soda bottles and cardboard boxes.
