The cover girl was identified as Amy Jae but did not, as far as I'm aware, make a name for herself as a bondage model.

The credited photographer is Kristine Imboch, editor of the magazine from number 36 (May 1989) onwards. As a video director she occasionally appeared in her own productions but always contrived to hide her face in publicity stills. Nowadays she operates less shyly as Lorelei, seemingly her given name:

This particular issue, number 44, is dated May 1991. The magazine folded with a farewell issue 85 in August 2001. Numbers 1-20 and 21-40 can be purchased in digital format on DVD-ROM:
