Looks as if this man is going to punish the chair and not the women.
However this entity knows how to deliver a flogging.
This image I've probably run before but the eerieness never diminishes.
These are from Ernst's Une semaine de bonté ("A Week of Kindness"). The work is a stunning delight but not really kinky.
