Joey W. Hill Interviewed

» Literary

In an interview with kinky author Joey W. Hill the writer gives her opinion as to why readers of BDSM fiction are more likely to seek out stories of female submission than female domination:

"I have a theory about that," Hill said. "A lot of my fans, I think, are career women. They're managing a lot, they're juggling a lot, they have a lot of responsibility. So, their fantasies involve lying back and letting the man do all the work."

Wilmington writer a hit in 'erotic romance'

This reminds me of the ProDommes who like to make it seem as if all male masochists are corporate executives.

There just are more maledom / femsub pairings. It is an artifact of growing up in a sexist society. That doesn't make it evil. There's no point in fibbing about it.
