The blonde in the first picture is Laurel Blake, a high-profile bondage model and video actress for Harmony Communications Inc. of Los Angeles throughout the 1980s.
The third shows her stable-mate and occasional co-star, the delectable Sally Roberts. It was originally published in the magazine Sally Roberts In Bondage, Number Two (November 1981), p. 17. It concludes a sequence of 11 black-and-white photographs in which she is bound and gagged by a rival cowgirl (played by her customary tormenter Susan Blair) and left in the back of a pick-up truck.
